MDBA Review

The MDBA is reviewing the Basin Plan and they are taking public submissions until 1 May.

Now, if you have ever tried to make a formal submission to a government review, you know the process is about as user-friendly as a barbed wire fence. Long templates, bureaucratic jargon, and enough hoops to put most people off before they start. On top of this, the MDBA have snuck in a sneaky clause into the the terms and conditions which says that they are allowed to alter your submission.

So my team built something to fix that. A free online tool that walks you through it in four simple steps. Pick the water issues that matter to you from my 7-Point Water Plan, pop in your details, and the tool generates a proper submission ready to send to the MDBA. The whole thing takes less than a minute.

Every submission matters. The MDBA needs to hear from the people who actually live along these rivers, not just the lobbyists and bureaucrats who have been running the show from Canberra.

Submissions close 1 May 2026 at 5pm AEST. Use the free tool here: https://mdba-submission.netlify.app/
