What’s really stood out is the incredible support from right across the community. People have stepped up straight away, offering help, space, supplies — whatever’s needed. We've been treated like an afterthought in our own health district. Earlier this year, I introduced a bill to Parliament calling for a locally run Western Riverina Local Health District. Because you can't fix healthcare from a Wagga office. Decisions must be made here, by locals, for locals. People who understand our community, our needs, our challenges.
